I mean, couples consistently rate this spot highly for good reason; there’s something romantic about being able to stroll along the tree-lined sections of Shennan Road in the evening. The hotel sits close enough to the CBD that business travelers love it, but far enough from the absolute chaos that you can actually relax when you want to.

The Room Experience

My room was spacious by Shenzhen standards — and I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels here over the years. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer solid city views, and the blackout curtains actually work (you’d be surprised how many luxury hotels mess this up). What I appreciated most was the attention to small details: the bedside controls that actually make sense, proper lighting for reading, and a bathroom that doesn’t feel cramped. The housekeeping is meticulous, which you notice especially if you’re staying multiple nights.

Dining and Amenities

The breakfast buffet deserves a mention — it’s one of those spreads that manages to satisfy both Western and Chinese preferences without compromising either. You know what I really liked? They have this restaurant that serves decent Cantonese cuisine, but they don’t push it on you like some hotels do. The spa facilities are well-maintained, though not enormous, and there’s complimentary parking which is honestly a godsend in this part of Shenzhen where finding a spot can be a nightmare.

I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams.
