Everything worked properly (which isn’t always a given), and the bed was actually comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the pillows all night.   Staff of most of the hotels I have stayed in Shenzhen before May 2023 can't speak English and so communication is a big problem. But in Sunshine hotel many staff, be it at reception or restaurant or at room service can speak English.

  First time, I felt a Chinese hotel employees so conversant in English. Which made me little more comfortable in conveying my needs.
  
  Overall good location and connectivity.
  I stayed for 5 days. The first four days the chef at the omlette counter was really friendly and good guy. I just have told him once what I needed and next three days he started preparing the egg white omlette just when I entered for the breakfast. True professional and I was very happy with his attitude.
