  When I entered the room, I was delighted to see a beautifully decorated setup with balloons, a lovely birthday cake, and a thoughtful handmade card. Two wonderful staff members, Leo and Daria, took the time to personalize the experience, making it feel truly special and memorable. Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
