Here’s what I love about the location on Mintang Road — you’re in Shenzhen North, which puts you right in the heart of the city’s business district without feeling trapped in concrete. The high-speed rail station is practically next door, so if you’re planning day trips to Guangzhou or even Hong Kong, you’re golden. Couples seem to really get this area (they rate it 9.2, and I can see why) — there are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance, and the whole neighborhood has this energy that’s busy but not overwhelming.

The Room Experience

The room itself? Well, it’s what you’d expect from Pullman — clean lines, comfortable bed, and those floor-to-ceiling windows that make you feel like you’re floating above the city. The bathroom is spacious enough that you’re not bumping into things, and the shower pressure is actually decent (you know how hit-or-miss that can be in China). What I really appreciated was the workspace — if you need to get some work done, the desk setup is thoughtfully designed with proper lighting and enough outlets for all your devices.

Breakfast here is honestly one of the better hotel spreads I’ve had in Shenzhen. The Asian options are authentic — not the watered-down versions you sometimes get at international hotels — and the buffet setup flows well without feeling chaotic. The restaurant staff keeps everything fresh and well-stocked, even during the busy morning rush. Beyond breakfast, the hotel’s spa is worth mentioning if you need to unwind after long days of meetings or sightseeing — nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

  One of the best hotels I have stayed in shenzhen. Excellent spacious room with all the modern facilities, elegant decor and its comfortable beds and linen.   Everything new and clean. Great location to get around Shenzhen. Efficient staff. Don't believe the myth about unfriendly staffs here. Whether they're proficient in English…I don't know though. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here very much and have no hesitation to recommend it to any traveler.

  Hotel is modern and clean. Staffs is friendly and helpful. Lobby is locate at 46th floor and very nice view. After work have a drink at the lobby lounge is so relaxing. Rooms located at 47th and above with nice view. Comfy bed and pillow. Most important for me, Super convenient and is just less then 5 min walk to the Shenzhen North station.
