  The hotel is located in the central area of Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, and there are many business circles nearby. The nearest one-kilometre Laifushi shopping mall is, where there are many places to visit, eat, buy clothes, buy daily necessities, and supermarkets are all in this mall, which is very convenient. There are also some shops, fruit shops, noodle shops, convenience stores, hair salons downstairs of the hotel. The transportation is also very convenient, and the hotel is also very cost-effective. It is a 1.8 bed, and the room decoration is also very warm. I like it very much.

The receptionist is also very nice. It is close to the subway entrance, which is convenient to travel. There are not only disposable slippers in the room, but also slippers for bathing, and thoughtfully put floor towels to prevent slipping. The lady in the guest room is also very careful to clean.   This is the first hotel I stayed in China. The service attitude of the front desk of the hotel was very good and provided me a lot of help. Because I first arrived in China, some essentials were not prepared, such as the conversion head of the charger. Then the front desk took me to the convenience store next to the hotel and told me which one was more suitable to buy. I was very patient. The room was also comfortable and odourless. The room was clean, the bedding was neat, the facilities and equipment were complete, the corridor was clean, and the surrounding environment was good.

  This is a five-star check-in experience. Overall, it is very good. There is 24-hour security downstairs, and the security is very guaranteed. The front desk service staff is also online 24 hours a day. There is also a food delivery robot on the first floor, but I stayed here for one night and have never tried to use the robot. The front desk said that more people use it, especially when it comes to meals, the delivery will be a little slow. The toiletries in the room are fully prepared, including razors, toothbrushes, digital, soap, laundry detergent, and disposable slippers. Next time I will choose this hotel again!

  We were at high floor with amazing street view which was the main reason for us to extend our stay。 The receptionist is extremely nice who helped me with my phone issue and offered to call our friend in China so we can meet up at the hotel. The unit has everything one would wanted for a short stay。They even provide daily cleaning. If staying longer, it would be even best if there is a simple functional kitchenette。 We will stay again when visit the city in the future。 It was listed as a hotel but in fact is an apartment with a small "reception" stand besides the nice apartment building. It took a while before we can locate the "reception area" even with help from the Didi driver….. The room is mostly clean except for some hidden area。
