  close to subway station (2 min), 3-3.5 km to Talent park, there are a lot of small cafes, shops , massage salons (3-5 min by steps), water and tea in the rooms ,robes and slippers

  The room I was given was great regarding hygiene, location, easy access to the metro, mall, services, and the small private gym. The venue from the main entrance was full of artwork displayed on the walls. This cute set of bunnies with Easter egg lights displayed in the reception area caught my attention. My daughter got a photo together with the bunnies. I had a job interview that day and traveled from Dongguan – a 75 km drive in the heat of 32 degrees Celcius. My daughter was exhausted from traveling in the heat and getting stuck in traffic for three hours. It was a quite stressful day for us, but this hotel made our day. The staff members were so sweet and accommodating. They let us check out late at 2 pm the next day to allow us to explore the hotel amenities. I was able to use the small-clean-intimate gym. They had complementary bottled fresh water and a clean towel near the gym entrance which was super convenient. Thus, I want to say, "Thank you, Grade Hotel! You guys are amazing!"

  Their atmosphere is quite different with others. It will let you relax easily as going into the room. They also provide the laundry room to clean the clothes. I like that service.

  Great location near Seaworld (10min walk), i was on floor 37 and the view was amazing over Shenzhen and to Hong Kong from my apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful, cleaning ladies were really nice and efficient, aircon was cold, heated floor in bathroom, washing machine and dishwasher as well. Overall will stay in this location again. Good food options downstairs along with a good coffee shop.
