  1) The neighbourhood had a relaxed feel, quiet and relaxed for sleeping, even daytime wasn't noisy

  3) We needed a spare pillow and had to walk all 3 floors down to ask the staff at the reception (no telecom in the room), The pillow arrived in the room in 10 mins.

  This place, by far, can not be called a boutique. It's very dirty. The toilet sit fells off everything you use it. I had to remove it. Zero to cleaness. But nice staff.
