Couples seem to absolutely love this area, and I can see why — there’s something romantic about having Window of the World and Happy Valley so close by.

  I'd stayed at the hotel before. Returning to it was a conscious decision, as I'd been very satisfied. The swimming pool is excellent; so are the rooms (especially the bathroom/toilet areas). TV channels available. Concierge service very friendly and efficient.

  Nice big hotel with good facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and good quality with make your own fruit juice station, Nespresso coffee station, many types of food. Swimming pool was also fantastic with a small beach area, kids slides, huge pool with a pirate ship! It has a good gym. Rooms have a balcony, but some with little view, so if you want a decent view request it. 2 minutes walk from the subway station.

  Sorry it had taken me a month to write this review. I want to especially thank the manager at the executive lounge (Even Lin 林伊雯). She was so helpful throughout the stay and helped me to contact the Didi company to find my iPhone which I had left on the Didi on the way to the hotel. She also helped us with other things as well during the trip which made our stay very smooth.
  
  We booked the InterContinental Club Room so we had club lounge access on the 7th Floor. We got upgrade to an even better room with a view to the theme park next door. The staff at the hotel are very professional.
  
  The hotel is very well ran with a family focus. We loved the pool /beach / water park in the middle of the hotel. There are elevators connecting the guests from the room floor straight to the pool area.
  
  The breakfast was amazing by the way. Lots of options of western and Chinese food.
  
  There is a underground train station a few steps in front of the hotel entrance. So it is well connected.
  
  We really enjoyed our vacation and thank you once again Club Intercontinental Manager (Even Lin 林伊雯).
