  Awesome stay. Even though I cannot speak Mandarin, the staff were excellent, supportive and used a translator for language. Location to restaurants, bars, supermarket and stores etc is excellent. Room is quiet, spacious, has all I needed in good condition and clean.
  The only challenge is finding the place, although the taxi driver was right outside the entrance, but did not know he was there until speaking with the staff. Everything is walkable including access to the large electronic malls.

  The location is very nice. Three min walk from 燕南 station. Easy to find food with several restaurants nearby. A supermarket, Walmart, is also around. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room is largely good. The bed mattress is extraordinarily great.
  
  My only concern goes for the toilet——once u take a shower, the whole room goes wet. Not that friendly when two people stay there.

  Everything. The check in process was super smooth, the location is easy to find, staff are extremely friendly. This is my first time coming back to China after 6 years, the staff helped me set up my Wechat wallet, helped me shipped a document, borrowed me an umbrella when they saw I didn't have one and answered every questions I have about the city (and I was able to check in with my Chinese passport). They upgraded me to a loft with (I think) ~100 RMB extra for my entire stay, it's very spacious, clean and quiet. Not to mention that the location is very convenient and safe, there is a security guard at the door 24*7, metro station is just a block away. I'd definitely stay here again for my next trip.
