  The location is fantastic, with lots of small restaurants nearby, and good foot access to metro and heart of Futian.

  Shenzhen is the city of electronics. this was very visible inside the hotel. A lot of buttons to switch on the lights, open the curtains… Very convenient!
  No need to book a breakfast, because a lot of small restaurants close the hotel.
  Moreover the HuaQiangBei are (mass of electronics shops) is very close to the hotel.
  English is a bit of a problem (not to me since I speak elementary Chinese), but the staff did all efforts to help foreigners to translate Chinese to English with an APP.
  Overall a good hotel with friendly staff.
  Next year I will stay again in this hotel.

  The room, the cleaningness, and the location.

  The location is very good and near the MRT and bus station. There are restaurants nearby. Room is spacious and the staff are very friendly. They allow us early check-in and are very nice.

  A fairly sizable room. Friendly staff who were helpful at check-in, and waived the 200RMB deposit when I told them that, in keeping with modern China's cash-free norms, I had no yuan to hand. They were also friendly at departure, making me a coffee in the lobby while I waited for the taxi they had called.
