Couples seem to love it here too, with ratings reflecting the convenience of accessing anywhere in the city from this prime spot. The neighborhood offers excellent connectivity for both work and leisure.

These aren’t your typical hotel rooms — they’re proper serviced apartments with all the space you actually need. Each room comes with a functional kitchenette that’s perfect for brewing morning coffee or heating up late-night snacks from the convenience stores downstairs. The living areas are surprisingly spacious, and I appreciated having a proper desk setup for work calls. The bathrooms are modern and well-maintained, though nothing too fancy — just solid, reliable amenities that get the job done without any fuss. One thing that really stood out was the on-site parking — in a city like Shenzhen where finding a decent parking spot can be a nightmare, this is genuinely valuable. The building itself has good security, and the elevators are fast, which matters more than you’d think when you’re on the 10th floor. There’s also a decent restaurant in the complex, though honestly, with all the amazing food options in Futian, you’ll probably want to explore the neighborhood instead. The combination of these amenities makes this property particularly appealing.

This place works because it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It’s a solid, well-located business hotel that gives you the space and amenities of an apartment with the service of a proper hotel.   The hotel is nice, modern and very spacious rooms, the personal is so nice. It is 4 mins walking to the subway line 1 wich in a few stops takes you to the main attractions. Only thing the instructions to get to the hotel for a foreigner are not so clear.

  Location is great! Gangxia metro station is so close. You can hop on Line 1 from Gangxia station which takes you to so many major places… Dongmen Pedestrian Street, Luohou Commercial City, Electronic Market, Central Park, Futian checkpoint to Hong Kong and the Shenzhen airport. The place is clean and modern. They clean your room everyday. They give you two bottles of water every day. There is a balcony which has a great view of the city.
  
  Between Like/Not Like:
  I had other comments that has pros and cons or didn't really fit in "like" or "don't like so I created this section. You need to read the direction on Booking.com of getting to the hotel in advance as it's not obvious. The hotel entrance is door B2 which is around the corner, not on either main street but on the side street. Then, you'll need to take the elevator to the 10th floor. The registration desk is on the 10th floor, room 1018. If you're not used to the shower/toilet combo in typical Asian countries then it'll be odd for you. Although, it would be nice to have the shower and toilet separate so that when you shower, the whole bathroom floor isn't wet. But they do provide you slippers to wear when the floors are wet for the bathroom and slippers for the room. They stated that there was no gym but it would be nice to have a gym available to exercise. There is also no restaurant or store on site but there are plenty of restaurants and stores around the hotel. The hotel has a projector which played movies which is cool. They have box office movies available but it cost money. The room was well equipment but I would say on the smaller side compared to hotels in the States.

  Cleanliness. Regular cleaning of the room. Location. Modern building. Polite staff. They accept bank cards. Elevator. There is a kitchen, but there is not enough kitchenware. There is a balcony and a washing machine – this is a plus. You can quickly wash things and dry them. It is located in a modern area with an abundance of public catering places. A minute from the metro.

  The facility was well maintained and conveniently located across One Avenue. The washing machine in the balcony was a plus. The receptionist on the 10th floor were very friendly and helpful despite minor English language challenges which was solved by mobile translation apps. My biggest concern about Security turned out to be a nonissue once I realized the omnipresent of CCTVs and the fact that most people are responsible and respectful of each other.

  The room was modern and neat. If you don’t need much room this is ideal size for a solo traveller.

  Good location in city centre next to shopping malls and metro station. My room was on 24th floor with nice view. Every day 2x 0.5 liter water was provided to the room free of charge. It‘s not a hotel in classical style. It‘s in an apartment building. Find the right building and entrance is a bit tricky. Take exit D from Gangxia metro station. Go through the pathway on the right side of the Windham Grand hotel. The building is just behind the Windham Grand. Take entrance B2. The reception is on 10th floor, room 1018.
